Before scheduling a session, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to review your treatment needs, answer any questions you may have, and determine if my services would be a good fit for you. During the consult, we will also review insurance reimbursement and payment options.
I am a participating provider for the following insurance plans: Anthem, Cigna, Tricare, and Husky. For clients insured with these companies, only the co-pay is due at the time of session. Please contact your insurance company prior to our session to find out your benefit information and whether or not you have a deductible. If the deductible applies and payment is not approved after being submitted to your insurance company, you are responsible for paying off the balance of the session.
For all other clients, my initial assessment fee is $175 and my 50-minute session fee is $125. I will provide you with a detailed receipt to submit to your insurance company should you choose to pursue reimbursement. I accept cash, credit cards, and checks made out to Jennifer Badeau, LLC.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24-hour notice. If you miss a session, or cancel without giving at least 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay a no-show fee of $75. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still end on time.
